Seven Districts Coffee is a Lincolnshire roastery built around storytelling.
Seven Districts Coffee is a Lincolnshire roastery built around storytelling. Each coffee is named after a local fable tied to one of the county's seven historic districts, and the brand leans into community, heritage and provenance as much as the cup itself.
The roastery sits in a converted village pub just outside Lincoln and the team are members of the Specialty Coffee Association, working with what they describe as a direct-trade sourcing model that pays on average ten times over the Fairtrade price. The current range covers single origins from Colombia and Peru alongside blends, with retail, online subscriptions and a wholesale arm supplying cafes and businesses.
Wholesale partners draw on a wider menu that includes Storm Tea, Kokoa Collection drinking chocolate and La Marzocco espresso equipment. The result is a regional roaster that treats Lincolnshire identity as a product, not a backdrop.
