Shiloh Coffee Roasters started in March 2016, built around a stated love of coffee, God and people. Mark and Jean run the operation, working with farmers around the world and committing to a fair price floor so growers are never paid below the standard rate.

The current range covers single origins from Kenya, Rwanda, Colombia, Nicaragua, India, Papua New Guinea and Costa Rica, alongside a house blend and a Kenyan decaf. Sustainability is part of the day-to-day setup: biodegradable paper cups and lids, recyclable sandwich and coffee bags where possible, and customers are encouraged to bring their own containers.

The business sells direct online, supplies wholesale customers and runs a subscription. There is no public roastery address listed and no specific cafe attached to the brand on the current site.
