Stables Coffee Co. is based in Arborfield, Berkshire, where its flagship cafe also houses the roastery. The business was inspired by Australia's coffee culture: founder Paul fell in love with cafe culture while living near Sydney before returning to the UK in 2013 wanting to bring that sense of connection back with him.
Beans are sourced ethically from around the world and roasted in small batches for freshness, delivered to customers or served in the company's two cafes, the original in Arborfield and a second at Bucklers Park. As well as retail bags and subscriptions, Stables Coffee Co. supplies wholesale customers including cafes, studios and venues, and runs training and workshops such as latte art and home espresso sessions.
The range includes single origin and blended coffees, and Didgeri Decaf, a Colombian single origin decaffeinated using the washed sugarcane process.
