Stag's House Roasters

Stag's House Roasters is a speciality coffee roaster based at Bunhill Row in London. Coffee is treated as more than a drink: every coffee is selected for character and profile, with roast profiles refined carefully and patiently.

Education and innovation sit at the heart of its vision, connecting people to coffee through crafted roasts, workshops, and collaborations with farmers and baristas. As well as retail bags and subscriptions, Stag's House works with cafes, restaurants and hospitality spaces through a wholesale offering that includes sourcing support, practical training for staff, and coffee programmes tailored to each partner.

The current range includes single origin lots from producers in Colombia, alongside brew equipment and drinkware sold directly.
