The Roasting Party

The Roasting Party roasts in Winchester and runs cafes in Pavilion Road and Moorgate in London, with the Pavilion site open since 2017. The team built its identity around making specialty coffee approachable, splitting roast techniques for milk drinks versus black coffee and publishing a brewing education platform called Brewtube.

Sourcing runs through long-term importer relationships with DR Wakefield and social enterprise Raw Material, alongside a direct trade tie with Forest Coffee and Coffee Legends covering six farms. The roastery is a Living Wage accredited employer with a B Corp assessment underway, ships retail orders in recycled bags and wholesale in reusable tubs, and offers guided roastery tours for trade clients.
