White Rose Coffee Roasters operates from Halifax in West Yorkshire and carries the Made in Yorkshire mark. Head roaster Robert Cooper runs the operation, drawing on around 25 years in the coffee industry and visiting producing countries directly to build farmer relationships.

The roastery uses Toper drum roasters from Turkey, including a TKMSX5 and a larger 30kg machine for bulk commercial work. Origins span Brazil, Colombia, Kenya, El Salvador, Guatemala, Sumatra, Honduras and Burundi, sold as both espresso blends and single origins.

The Cattle Market Espresso blend won a 1 Star Great Taste Award in 2019. White Rose is a click-and-collect and delivery operation rather than a retail shop, supplying domestic customers and trade buyers across Calderdale and Kirklees from an industrial unit in Halifax.
