Yellow Bourbon Coffee Roasters is a roastery and coffee shop on Angel Street in Northampton's Cultural Quarter. Owner Steve roasts on a 2kg shop roaster at the back of the shop, with green coffee preparation and packing visible to customers.

Steve brings over eight years of technical experience across roasting, quality control, sourcing, brewing and training. The current line up draws on washed and natural lots from Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Brazil and Honduras, including coffees from named producers such as ASODIETT in Guatemala and COCAFELOL in Honduras.

A Swiss Water decaf from El Eden in Colombia rounds out the range. The shop serves espresso based drinks, cold brew, teas and pastries alongside brewing equipment, with staff demonstrations on getting the best from kit and beans bought in store.
