Coffee roasters in Northamptonshire

Northamptonshire has 4 independent coffee roasters spread across the county. Wellingborough hosts Bella Barista, trading since 1998 as both one of the UK's leading espresso machine retailers and an organic coffee roastery; the business holds Regenerative Organic Certification, which it describes as the first such certification held by a UK roastery, backed by Patagonia's non-profit alliance. Northampton's Cultural Quarter has Yellow Bourbon, where owner Steve roasts in the back of his Angel Street shop with over eight years across roasting, sourcing, brewing and training. Thrapston has Jute Coffee, with multiple Great Taste Awards including double 2-Star wins for the Jute blend.

Wellingborough (Bella Barista on the Nene Industrial Estate) and Northampton (Yellow Bourbon on Angel Street) are the easiest visitor stops. Thrapston (Jute Coffee) sits separately for those routing through the rural east of the county.
