Buxton Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster based in the Peak District town of Buxton, Derbyshire. It was founded on the belief that specialty coffee done right should connect the person growing it with the person drinking it, and its coffees are single origin and direct trade, sourced from named farms in countries including Costa Rica, Kenya, Colombia, Brazil and Ethiopia, paid above market price.

Coffee is roasted by hand on a Probat Probatino, profiled individually by origin and rested before it ships. The roastery on Kiln Lane, Harpur Hill Business Park, is open to visitors by appointment only.

Alongside retail sales and a flexible subscription service, the business supplies cafes, restaurants, hotels and offices across the UK on a wholesale basis, and includes on site barista training as part of new trade accounts.
