Fire & Flow Coffee

Fire & Flow is a Cotswolds speciality coffee roaster founded by childhood friends Callum and Phil with Phil's wife Char. The three left tech careers in Boston to build a business rooted in transparent sourcing and a working roastery coffee shop that welcomes walk-ins, dogs, cyclists and families.

The team works directly with producers who pay good wages and reinvest in schools, clinics and community projects, and the roastery supplies wholesale partners alongside online customers. Callum has competed four times in the UK Barista Championships, reaching the final twice, sat on the South West Coffee Guide committee for three years, and was named in Caffeine Magazine's 30 under 30.

The wholesale arm covers barista training, coffee education, menu development, service flow consultancy and machine sourcing and maintenance, drawing on hundreds of cafe, hotel and restaurant openings. Tea, brewing kit, machines and gift cards round out the retail range.
