Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters was founded in 2011 by Fiona Grant, who started out with a five-kilo roaster in a bothy next to her house in Highland Perthshire. The business moved to Aberfeldy Business Park in 2014 and now runs from a bright, airy roastery in the Scottish Highlands with a team of around ten.

Glen Lyon supplies over 150 cafes, restaurants and delis across the UK and roasts on a Probat. The team works with the same producers year on year across origins including Colombia, Peru, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia and Timor-Leste, and pioneered sailboat shipping from Colombia to cut carbon intensity.

Coffee bags are 100% compostable. Glen Lyon became B Corp certified in 2022 and has planted trees annually with Trees For Life since 2018, with the True North blend funding rewilding in the Scottish Highlands.

The range covers single origins, blends, decaf, subscriptions and brewing equipment.
