The team only roasts and sells beans scoring 80 or above, framing the operation as speciality grade rather than commodity.
The range covers single origins, a rotating guest slot drawing on Tanzania, Indonesia, Mexico and Rwanda, and four house blends named after the Norfolk Broads: Broadland, Filby, Hickling and Rockland. A Brazilian Pocos de Caldas decaf, processed using a natural CO2 method, sits alongside the core line.
There is no public cafe. Coffee is sold direct to home customers, by subscription and to wholesale accounts including hospitality.
A Coffee Discovery Box is offered as a sampler. Sourcing transparency and the direct relationship with farmers are positioned as the defining features of the business.
