Kobean Coffee Roasters

Kobean Coffee Roasters runs a shop and roastery at 3 Hawthorn Grove in Heaton Moor, Stockport, open Wednesday to Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday. The range is built around rare and experimental micro-lots, bought as small batches direct from named producers and their farms.

Coffees on sale include Jhonatan Gasca's Wush-Wush and Castillo lots from Bella Vista, Huila, Colombia, Nestor Lasso's Castillo, Linarco Rodriguez's Purple Tabi and Pink Bourbon, Jhoan Vergara's Red Bourbon, Jeffery Motta's and Franky Hoyos's Bourbon Aji lots, and a washed Heirloom lot from small holders in Jimma, Ethiopia, certified organic, Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade. Processing includes washed, advanced washed, anaerobic washed and advanced natural, with cup scores and altitude given for each lot.

Coffee is sold online with UK shipping, and a wholesale account can be opened through a dedicated portal.
