The business is wholesale-only, supplying over 1,000 coffee brands across 13,000+ formats and distributing more than 6,000 tonnes annually.
Masteroast holds an unusually broad certification portfolio including Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, Soil Association Organic, Swiss Water Decaf, and claims to be the first UK roaster to achieve both Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certification. The company operates Lilla drum roasters alongside Neo-tech semi-continuous roasters, and claims to be the first UK roaster to use catalytic carbon capture on its roasters.
Decaf is processed via Swiss Water. There is no consumer-facing shop, subscription offer, or cafe.
