Rising Ground Coffee

Rising Ground Coffee is a small speciality roastery based in Wadebridge, Cornwall. The team describes itself as a group of passionate coffee professionals who source speciality grade green coffee and develop their own roast profiles, monitoring the roast at every step rather than relying on colour alone.

The current line-up runs from single origin lots such as an Ethiopia Bedesa Yirgacheffe natural through to house blends including Mix Tape, Tamped Up, Motley Brew and Foundry, with a Colombia Excelso decaf rounding out the range. Coffee is sold by the bag and on subscription, alongside merchandise and equipment, and the team also supplies wholesale customers.

The tone is deliberately low key, summed up on the site as serious about the roast and less so about everything else, with a straightforward promise to drink the good stuff.
