Silver Oak Coffee is a Cambridgeshire roastery that began with founder Bruce roasting in his garage in 2013, before trading started in 2014. Bruce and Susanne built the customer base through farmers' markets and food shows across the East of England before taking on a commercial unit at 1a Saxon Business Park in Littleport.

The team now numbers around six, including Tom, Adam, Andi and Jack. Beans are sourced through Mercanta The Coffee Hunters, with named producers including Guadalupe Zaju in Mexico, Burbujas in Colombia, Elie Nzabakunda in Rwanda, Fazenda Vila Boa in Brazil and Aquiares in Costa Rica.

In March 2023 the business opened The Yard in Ely, a five-container outdoor site overlooking the cathedral, which was named Cambridgeshire's Best Independent Café in 2024 and listed in Tripadvisor's Travellers' Choice Awards the same year. The Rig, a two-storey trailer on Ely Market, and a Coffee Bus for shows complete the line-up.

Retail, wholesale and subscription are all served from the Littleport roastery.
