Surface Coffee is a roastery based in Zelah, near Truro in Cornwall, founded by Brandon and Daisy after they closed a previous coffee business that had grown to seven locations. They returned to a smaller, close knit team to focus on roasting, sourcing and building relationships with customers and wholesale partners.
Coffee is tasted, refined and roasted at the roastery, buying only fairly traded coffee and paying above market price. The range includes single origin coffee, a house blend and a decaf, sold as bags or in reusable canisters, alongside a coffee subscription.
Wholesale customers are offered organic speciality coffee, free barista training, and espresso machine sales, installation and servicing. Visitors are welcome at the roastery unit.
