Sustain Coffee

Sustain Coffee is a Hertfordshire roastery and cafe based at York House on Salisbury Square in Hatfield, trading as Sustain Coffee Project Ltd. The team roasts in Hertfordshire and runs the cafe alongside the roastery, with takeaway and sit-in hours through the week.

Their stated mission is to make specialty coffee more accessible while improving on older industry practices. They emphasise strong relationships with growers, ethical sourcing and a focus on sustainability across roasting and packaging, and have published a sustainability report flagging carbon reduction work and support for women in coffee.

Origins regularly featured include Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and El Salvador, available as single origins, blends, a decaf line, a subscription range, and through wholesale supply for hospitality businesses.
