The roastery uses a Giesen W15A drum roaster with Cropster profiling software, roasting small batches to a light-to-medium profile that highlights origin character. Sourcing priorities include cooperatives, female-led farms and lots certified by Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance or Organic schemes, with a stated aim to ensure fair pay beyond standard certification floors.
Named producer partners include KCRS Women Producers, Pedro Padilla in Peru, Danilo Barbosa in Brazil, the Jinotega Community and Finca Idealista in Nicaragua. Origins span Nicaragua, Peru, Brazil and Kenya.
Customers can buy individual bags, subscribe, or work with the roastery on custom blends and wholesale supply. Training is offered at the roastery or at the customer's premises.
