Uncommon Ground Coffee Roastery

Uncommon Ground Coffee Roastery is run by brothers Paul and Ian Hayman from Cardiff's Royal Arcade. They describe themselves as an independent, family owned and operated speciality coffee bar with their own roastery attached.

Beans are sourced from origins including Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, Ethiopia and Costa Rica, with whole bean and ground coffee available alongside decaf options. Subscriptions are offered for regular customers, and the team runs a wholesale partnership programme for cafes and retailers.

The arcade location keeps the brand close to Cardiff's independent shopping scene, where the cafe doubles as the public face of the roastery.
