Viking Coffee has been roasting from Unit 1E Frith Business Centre in Aldington, Ashford, Kent since 2013, trading under Viking Coffee Roastery Ltd. The core range uses Norse god naming throughout: Odin, Ymir, Magni, Freya and Vidar are all espresso-focused blends at varying strengths, alongside Hengist and Horsa, a Kent-themed 100% Arabica blend.

Single origin options include Ethiopia Sidamo, Rwanda Kinini Spring Harvest, Indonesia Old Brown Government Java, Papua New Guinea AX, Colombia Cundinamarca Viani, Brazil Santos, Costa Rica Community Lot and Kenya Ngunguru, with green beans also available. The Baldr Decaf is made from 100% Brazilian Arabica decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.

A Single Estate pack range lets customers try multiple single origins together. The roastery supplies trade and retail customers across Kent and is a member of Produced in Kent.
