Waveney Valley Coffee is a family run roastery focused on whole bean coffee, hand roasted in small batches by a Roast Master who adjusts each profile to suit the bean. The range is built around single origins from Tanzania, Brazil, El Salvador, Colombia, Papua New Guinea, Kenya, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Rwanda and Costa Rica, with the brief kept narrow: no pods, no equipment, no accessories, just coffee.

Sourcing is described as ethical and quality led rather than volume driven. The decaf is a Colombia Excelso processed with the Swiss Water method, removing 99.9 per cent of caffeine while keeping origin character.

A subscription option is available for regular drinkers.
