Apostle Coffee

Apostle Coffee was founded in 2016 by Jon and Charlotte, who run an off grid roastery in the heart of the Shropshire Hills. Coffees are roasted in small batches on a 1980s Probat that was transported to Shropshire in a horse box, and shipped in fully compostable, plastic free packaging.

Apostle was an early pioneer of compostable packaging in UK speciality coffee and has since planted over 800 trees and backed carbon capture and rewilding projects. The range is ethically sourced, with single origin lots offered alongside blends.

The business runs on a subscription model across four tiers, Foundation Club, Discovery Club, Decaf Club and Exceptional Club, and has been recognised with a Great Taste Award.
