Aroma Tea & Coffee

Aroma is a family-run coffee roaster and loose leaf tea merchant in Shrewsbury, founded in 1981 by the Turner family and now run by the third generation. The original shop opened in St Mary's Place in Shrewsbury town centre, where it still trades today, and the business has since expanded to an independent roastery on Battlefield Enterprise Park where all coffees are roasted, blended and packed.

The range covers single origin coffees, house blends, flavoured coffees, decaf options (including Mountain Water and Swiss Water processes), loose leaf and bagged teas, and home brewing equipment. Aroma sells direct through the Shrewsbury shop, online with home delivery across the UK, and wholesale to cafes, restaurants, hotels, delis and coffee carts.

Wholesale customers also get equipment supply and servicing, barista training and marketing support.
