Danielle's Coffee was set up in May 2010 by Danielle, who built her career in coffee at Rick Stein's restaurants in Padstow, where she became head barista and trainer. She is a two-time UK Barista Championship finalist, an SCA-authorised trainer, and has served as a UKBC sensory judge and committee member.
The business is family-run from Norbury, Shropshire, with Danielle's father handling warehouse operations and deliveries. A vintage roaster is used for small-batch hand-roasting in Burwarton, and the company holds Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, Soil Association Organic and Golden Cup Standard credentials.
The commercial model is wholesale supply to coffee shops, hotels, bars, restaurants and mobile units, with bespoke blends developed for each client and branded under their own name. The range includes single origins from Ethiopia and Costa Rica, signature blends, a Triple Certified blend and a Parachute Regiment blend.
Machine set-up, equipment sales and ongoing barista training are delivered from a purpose-built training studio in Norbury.
