Cobbled Roastery Coffee is an Edinburgh based specialty coffee roaster supplying freshly roasted, single origin coffees to retail customers and to wholesale partners across the city. The current line up is small and tightly edited, with three offers: a Peru Moyobamba of Catuai and Caturra varietals, a Rwanda Karengera 1130 Red Bourbon, and a Yemen Anis sugar cane decaf.

The roastery positions itself around ethical sourcing and specialty grade green coffee, and its wholesale arm, Cobbled Club Edinburgh, works with cafes and businesses to match bean and roast profile to the customer.
