Colombia Coffee Roasters is a family-run, Oxford-based roastery focused exclusively on 100% Colombian arabica, working directly with producers and exchanging ongoing feedback on farming practices and processing techniques. Several of its coffees come from indigenous communities that have worked Colombian soil for generations, combining traditional and modern agricultural methods.
Named producer partners include Federacion Campesina, Finca El Porvenir, Finca Tamaná and the El Indio microlot. The business roasts in-house and runs multiple cafes in Oxford alongside its online shop, with weekly, fortnightly and monthly subscriptions for home and office.
It also offers wholesale, gift cards and coffee masterclasses led by its baristas. A sugar cane process decaf sits alongside the single-origin range.
The single-country focus gives it a coherent identity that runs across roasting, education and retail, rather than the scattergun origin selection common to generalist roasters.
