Figment Coffee roasts in Aberdeen and runs two cafes in the city, at 70 Countesswells Road and 33 to 35 Fountainhall Road. Coffee is hand roasted in small weekly batches and supplied through the cafes, an online shop, a subscription, and a wholesale programme.

The current range is built around named producer single origins from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Indonesia and Peru, including coffees from Monica Borges, Arturo Arango, Edinson Argote and Wilder Garcia, alongside a house blend called Wonderland and a sugar cane process decaf named Daydream. Processing methods on offer span washed, natural, honey, anaerobic and co fermented lots, pointing to a mixed roast profile aimed at both filter and espresso.

Figment describes a sourcing model in which more of its coffees come directly from farmers, with an emphasis on sustainable and ethical buying. The cafes also run an in house bakery alongside the coffee programme.
