Gordon Street Coffee is a Scottish specialty roaster founded in 2014, with cafes and roasteries in Glasgow and Edinburgh and a London pop-up at the Well and Boot pub in Waterloo Station. Coffee is hand roasted on a Diedrich IR5 known as Deirdre, working by sight and sound rather than computer automation.

The range covers light to dark profiles, with single origins from Brazil, Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia and Guatemala alongside house blends including the Glasgow Roast, Edinburgh Roast and House Blend. A Swiss Water decaf sits in the line up.

Three coffees have taken Great Taste awards: Glasgow Roast in 2024, with House Blend and Edinburgh Roast following in 2025. Wholesale runs through a separate trade site, and a subscription option is available direct from the shop.

The Glasgow Central store was temporarily disrupted by the Union Street fire in early 2025, with online fulfilment continuing from Edinburgh.
