Highlander Roastery

Highlander Roastery is a coffee roaster based in Inverness, Scotland. It is a wholesale coffee supplier to hotels, restaurants, cafes and offices, and also offers white label and private label coffee roasting, printing customer branding on the bags in house.

John is master roaster, with over 20 years of experience, and coffee is roasted in small batches to develop unique blends for customers. The team has over 60 years of combined coffee experience, and Highlander offers to guide both established cafes and coffee companies through developing their own retail range.

The roastery is based at Lotland Place in Inverness and is open Monday to Friday.
