Inverness Coffee Roasting

Inverness Coffee Roasting Co. is a family-run speciality roastery based at Cromwell Industrial Buildings on Lotland Street in Inverness, with a public shop and brew bar at 15 Chapel Street serving V60, Moccamaster filter and espresso from Tuesday to Saturday. The roastery is run by Kev and his wife Heather alongside a small team known as Team Bean, hand-roasting daily and dispatching fresh across the Highlands.

The range pairs blends like Highland Roast, Good Morning and the Paradox with single origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Sumatra, India, Papua New Guinea, Uganda and Zambia, plus a rotating Coffee of the Month. Decaf options include a Peru lot and a La Laja Central American decaf, alongside Nespresso-compatible capsules.

Green coffee is bought through importers who work with farmers and cooperatives. Beyond retail and a Coffee of the Month subscription club, the company supplies cafes, hotels, restaurants and offices throughout the Highlands with wholesale coffee, barista training, custom house blends and equipment via its La Spaziale and Iberital distributorship.
