mr_eion is an Edinburgh coffee roaster running two sites: a fully stocked retail shop in Stockbridge and a takeaway-focused cafe and roastery in Trinity, both open Tuesday to Saturday. The business has roasted since 2013 and sources its green coffee through D.R.

Wakefield, a B Corporation importer. The about page is candid on this, noting the company is not yet a B Corp itself but draws confidence from Wakefield's certification to describe its coffee as sustainably and ethically sourced.

The current range covers house blends including the Stockbridge Blend, Moustache Twirler and Spring Equinox alongside single origins from Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Costa Rica, Uganda and India. A Colombia sugar cane decaf is listed in the line-up.

Wholesale supply runs across Scotland, and the Stockbridge shop also stocks tea, equipment and accessories.
