Noni's Coffee Roasters is a small Stroud roastery founded by Noni, who moved into roasting after a London coffee career and trips to meet farmers in Peru, Ethiopia and Kenya. The business is built around long-term relationships with small-scale farmers and importers who support farming communities, with a focus on carbon-neutral farms and CIC projects that reinvest at origin.

Coffees include the Stroudie Brew house blend alongside Tide, Bloom, Flare, Half Caff and a Mexico Mountain Water decaf. The roastery operates from Unit C5 on the Phoenix Trading Estate in Stroud, where the Roastery Bar is open to the public Wednesday to Saturday for coffee, with pastries on Friday and Saturday.

The site sells direct, runs an office subscription, offers wholesale, and has a press page and barista training. Each coffee is paired with an environmental theme tied to the sourcing story.
