Terra Coffee

Terra Coffee is an Edinburgh artisan roaster operating from 3 Smith Place in Leith. The team drum roasts to a medium profile and works with both arabica and robusta beans, with a range that covers whole bean, filter and ground formats in 250g, 500g and 1kg sizes.

The single origin line up is broad, taking in Honduras, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe alongside Italian style blends such as Anticha Tradizione, Dolce Crema and Anticha Crema. A Mexico decaf rounds out the list.

Terra positions itself around small scale producers and ethical sourcing, stating that it directly supports growers facing poverty. Beyond coffee, the business also sells Sanremo and La Scala machines, grinders, syrups, hot chocolate and tea, and offers barista training to trade customers.
