Ue Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 by Dominic Boyett with the aim of becoming the first speciality coffee roaster in Oxfordshire. The roastery is based in Witney, West Oxfordshire, and has grown from 5 tonnes a year to around 100 tonnes, sourcing from 58 plantations.

The team work with Biomma, supporting two farms in rainforest reserves in Honduras and Colombia, where work has included planting native shade trees and repurposing coffee cherry pulp. They roast a mixed range, sell single origins and blends, and offer a Bio-Organic triple certified blend alongside a sugarcane process decaf from Brazil Minas Gerais.

Packaging is described on site as fully recyclable. Their retail range also includes a whisky barrel-aged coffee.
