Williams and Johnson Coffee Co. roast in Leith, Edinburgh, working from a cafe and roastery at Custom Lane on Customs Wharf. All coffees are roasted on a Probat 12kg in view of customers, and the space operates as both a public cafe and a working production site, open seven days a week.
The single-origin filter range covers lots from Peru, Bolivia, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Colombia, including a Peruvian Las Etiopes Geisha and a Bolivian Pacamara. Espresso runs from everyday Brazilian and Rwandan options to a Peanut Butter and Jelly blend.
Subscriptions deliver every two, three or four weeks, and wholesale is handled through a separate trade portal.
