Luckie Beans is a family run roastery founded in 2015 by Jamie and Esther McLuckie, based in Galashiels and roasting on a Giesen W15A with data logging software profiling each batch. Braw Beans operates from Peebles and is one of a small number of UK roasters using air roasting (a fluid bed of hot air) rather than the more common drum roasting method.
